HOW TO CHECK THE NETWORK STATUS OF OTHER BANKS/ BANK TRANSACTION SUCCESS RATE

How to check bank transaction rate

In the digital age, banking transactions have become an essential aspect of daily life, with many individuals relying on online banking services to conduct transactions seamlessly. However, it’s not uncommon for transactions to fail due to network issues. As a result, it’s crucial to check the network status of other banks to ensure a seamless transaction process.

One way to do this is through Moniepoint, a financial technology platform that provides electronic payment solutions. Moniepoint allows users to monitor the network status of other banks and track their success rate. Here are the steps to follow to check the network status of other banks from your Moniepoint dashboard:

Log in to your Moniepoint dashboard:

To access your Moniepoint dashboard, you need to log in to your account using your username and password. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by visiting the Moniepoint website and following the registration process.

Click on the ‘Menu icon’ on the top left corner:

Once you’ve logged in to your dashboard, look for the ‘Menu’ icon on the top left corner of the screen. Clicking on the icon will open a drop-down menu with various options.

Scroll down and click on ‘Network’:

After opening the drop-down menu, scroll down until you find the ‘Network’ option. Click on it to proceed to the next step.

Select the success rate you want to monitor (Bank, Utility bill, Airtime):

On the Network page, you will see three tabs: ‘Bank,’ ‘Utility bill,’ and ‘Airtime.’ Click on the ‘Bank’ tab to monitor the network status of other banks. You can also select the ‘Utility bill’ and ‘Airtime’ tabs to monitor the success rate of transactions for utility bills and airtime purchases.

Check the network status:

Once you’ve selected the success rate you want to monitor, you can check the network status of other banks. The network status is usually displayed in a percentage, indicating the success rate of transactions for the selected period. You can also view the historical network status of other banks by selecting a different date range.
