How much is Moniepoint POS machine ?

Moniepoint POS is N20,000 , it is a cautionary fee,  Paying this fee does not mean you have bought the POS. if you refuse to use the POS, they will collect it  back from you and if the POS is still in good condition, they will return your initial payment of N20,000 automatically to you 

How long will it take you to get a moniepoint POS?

To get Moniepoint POS takes less than 72hours. Moniepoint  has a daily limit of 50,000 naira. If you fail to meet up this target, they will collect the POS from you and return part of your initial payment. They usually return 50% (i.e half) of your initial payment or less.

What is Moniepoint POS charges?

Moniepoint charges is 0.5% on withdrawal and N20on average on every deposit of any amount

This means Moniepoint will charge you N5 on every N1000 you withdraw for a customer and you will be charged N20 to transfer any amount whether on the POS or on their web platform

You can log any complaint on any issue you have on the POS without having to contact any support. you can log dispense error on the POS after the customer has been debited or go to your online dashboard on the website by navigating to transactions. Under the transaction, click on the affected transaction and at the button, you will see REQUEST REFUND.
