David Oshin: Share your passion and vision that brought you to this point.

Precious: Over the past year, it’s been about grace for me. Understanding that through grace, we persevere. Despite challenges, I’ve embraced a learning journey. Personally, I only pursue goals I foresee. The past year has been about constant learning.

David Oshin: What motivated your interest in NFTs, Web3, and the Metaverse?

Precious: I follow my instincts. Seeing African artists struggle for a global audience in the Web3 space drove my passion. However, those you aim to help might not comprehend until you manifest the solution. It’s driven by passion, vision, and a firm belief in success.

David Oshin: Many people don’t grasp NFTs. What’s an NFT to a layperson?

Precious: NFTs are non-fungible tokens representing ownership. In Africa, some view NFTs as scams, but they’re not. Picture it as owning a card for access to an exclusive place. NFTs put this concept on the blockchain, making it transparent. It’s not just images; it’s a representation of ownership, like having a stake in a business or project.

David Oshin: What skills are needed for someone entering this space?

Precious: It varies based on your role—whether a collector, project founder, part of a team, or investor. Business development, project management, and wise investing are crucial skills.
